When paired with eqLend’s Automated Underwriting, the system automatically updates the Borrower Needs List and facilitates document collection. Each borrower upload triggers a corresponding Document Review task in the eqLend Dashboard, routed to the appropriate employee roles designated by the lender.
Combine that with Document Data Scraping, and eqLend takes automation even further: borrower uploads are routed directly to the scraping partner, then AI-driven rules analyze the extracted data to perform a smart, automated review — accelerating your workflows with zero manual effort.
